Jeff Cotten: Owner/President Jeff@MastersAutoBody.com In 1982, after working in local body shops for 6 years Jeff started Masters Auto Body. His client base grew quickly and in 1985 he built a new shop and moved his business to this location. Although the days are long gone when Jeff had to work on cars and write estimates, he is here involved most every day. He continues to learn new repair methods and devise ways to improve the quality of the work we do here. He searches for new equipment and management techniques to streamline the repair process to ensure that your repair is done right and minimize any delay.

Daryl Dodson: Production Manager Daryl@MastersAutoBody.com Daryl has been with the company since May 2003. He is I-Car certified in Damage Analysis & Estimating. With his background as a production supervisor in a local manufacturing company and his experience in the automotive glass replacement industry he brings valuable insight to his responsibilities here. When your vehicle is here for repair he will oversee the process. He knows the “what”, “where” and “when” of your cars’ progress through the shop.

Vince Kelliher: Manager/Estimator Vince@MastersAutoBody.com We were very fortunate to have Vince join the company in the fall of 1998. He brought with him 18 years of experience in every aspect of the collision repair process. He has I-Car training and is ASE certified in Damage Analysis & Estimating. He will work with you to assess the damage to your vehicle, negotiate with the insurance company and schedule your repair.

Lisa McCauley: Office Manager Lisa@MastersAutoBody.com Lisa has 20 years of involvement in the daily operations of the business. She has received extensive management and computer software training specific to the Automotive Collision Industry. Her responsibilities include: accounting, HR, payroll, computer software training and hardware support, supervising the staff and other administrative duties. She is always available to answer any questions about the repair and payment process.

Jason Gammon: Parts Manager Jason@MastersAutoBody.com Since January 2001 Jason has been with the company, ordering and receiving parts necessary to the repair of your vehicle. He has 15 years experience in the automotive parts industry and we receive the benefit of that experience everyday.

Wendy Wentz: Accounts Payable/Receivable Wendy@MastersAutoBody.com In May of 2002 Wendy was hired to assist us with our bookkeeping. She has 15 years experience in office work and bookkeeping. She is responsible for paying our vendors for parts and supplies and collecting funds from the Insurance companies for completed repairs.

Debbie Mayo: Customer Service & Rental Management Debbie@MastersAutoBody.com Debbie is the newest member of our team. She came to us in May 2005. She had worked at other body shops in Charlottesville and Waynesboro over the past 12 years. Her experience in the collision industry is extensive and affords her the knowledge necessary to handle the numerous tasks she is responsible for every day.
